Introducing Brugmansia 'White Lightning'

Meet Brugmansia 'White Lightning', a new Angel Trumpet I recently named and registered through the International Brugmansia and Datura Society (iBrugs.com).

white lightning.jpgBrugmansia 'White Lightning' is from a cross between Brugmansia Jazzy x Naughty Nick. I named it White Lightning because of the crazy explosive looking corolla teeth (tendrils). It sort of reminds of the wild lightning shows we have around here most summer nights.
white lightning - side.jpgThe blooms are medium in size with a long corolla tube and they stay snow white from start to finish. The mother plant has matured to about 8 feet tall and it branches freely.  The foliage is a dark green and outside of a few battles with caterpillars, the plant has remained pest free.
