Another pink Angel Trumpet to watch in 2011

When I first started growing Angel Trumpets from seed, I expected most to turn-out to be single whites that would eventually have to be composted....at least that is what I read on all the brugmansia forums.  For the first two years that was not the case as pink prevailed and was the dominate color in my seedlings.  One single pink I carried over from last year was this seedling from a cross involving Brugmansia Earth Angel x Pink Smitty,

I already have three single pinks that I plan to name and register this fall, so this seedling will be carried over to 2011 for future observation.
earthangelxpinksmitty-2.jpgWhile the past two years have been pink years for my seedlings, this year is definitely going to be a white year. I know I'm, going to have a mountain of whites in my compost pile when I start culling next month.
