Another golden Brugmansia moves to my watch zone

After a lull in blooms, mainly due to the summer heat, my Angel Trumpet seedlings are starting to set buds again!  Here is one that caught my attention this weekend.  It is a seedling from a cross I made between Brugmansia Angels Summerset x (Terri Schindler Shiavo x New Orleans Lady).The rich golden yellow color extends all the way up the corolla tube and the color was consistent through the life of the bloom. A deliciously fresh new Angel Trumpet

One of the more promising new Angel Trumpet seedlings to bloom this summer is this seedling from a cross I made between Brugmansia 'Angels Summerset' x 'Amber Glow'.I would describe its coloring as being deliciously fresh, starting out a pineapple yellow and slowly transforming into a tropical smoothie color a couple of days later.This seedling bloomed in less than one year from seed, and the plant is only three feet tall!  Both those traits combined with its beautiful blooms have earned it ...
