Another Angel Trumpet to watch from Cassies Curls.

Brugmansia Cassies Curls is an Angel Trumpet that I used extensively in my breeding program a couple of years ago.  Since then I have been rewarded with lots of great seedlings, many of which have been moved to my watch zone.  Here's one I recently decided to place in my summer trials.

cassiescurlsxunknown10.jpgThis is from an unknown cross with Brugmansia Cassies Curls as the pod parent.  The color deepens and the corolla teeth turn more orange as the blooms mature.  I especially like the form and semi-nodding style of the blooms.  I look forward to seeing how it performs in our summer heat.
