Here's a new Angel Trumpet bloom from a cross made between brugmansia Angel's Moonlight and Cassie's Curls. I'm not sure if I like this style of bloom and should work with it, or send it to the compost pile.This one seedling has already had several blooms and they all have this form. This tells me it is most likely not an anomaly and is the way this plant is going to bloom. I think I will keep it around to see what it looks like when it has a flush and then decide to keep or toss it.What ... The seedling pictured below has an unknown father but you can still see mom's curly tendril genes carried forward. This particular seedling had about 10 blooms open in its first bloom cycle and the overall look was quite striking.I'm growing out lots of crosses involving Cassie's Curls and I'm expecting some exciting results this fall.
